Nadine sent me a link to her blog, after reading it i was just stunned.
Following the link to Burning Life blog of Gavin, i found the following text:

This is just stupid, maybe stupid is not enough. Shall we hide the nipples of the mothers to their childrens? Should we hide Venus de Milo, or David, or any classic sculpture in a sex shop?
I totally agree with Vint, Laetizia and Dandelion in this:
I demand an official apology on the Second Life blog, containing the words overzealous, overstepped, clear and boundary. I demand that the statue be allowed to stand on the intended spot, in her full nude glory, with a notecard giver next to it to give out the full text of said blog.
Nudity is natural, is beautyful. We are not talking about porn, we are talking about beauty, about art. And anyway, all residents are supossed to be +18, so all this is even more stupid.
I, too, have been following this story this morning. I hate the fact that I now live in not one, but two worlds, where nudity is considered by many to be offensive. Nudity in art has always been controversial, yes, but in this day and age, surely the powers that be can tell the difference between pornography and art. I have kids (ages 13 and
and I have no problem with them seeing images of nudity, either RL or SL, so long as it is not sexual in nature. We are all naked under our clothes – it’s time we celebrated the beauty and wonder of those bodies rather than treating them as something to be ashamed of.
